We specialise in prestressed concrete flooring systems and associated precast items to compliment these floors such as beams, columns, balconies and stairs. We provide in-house engineering, draughting and design services to help provide innovative and cost effective precast concrete solutions.

Formstress Precast staff and systems are focused on quality service and delivering your product in full and on time. Our computerized production management system has crosschecks and documentation sign-off points which ensure we deliver each item to drawing specifications and to required tolerance levels. In addition, our in-house quality and assurance system is complimented by an external and independent third party audit system.

Formstress Precast is also a founding member of the Precast Association of New Zealand. We utilize this association with affiliated organizations world wide to keep abreast of the latest innovations in precast, prestress design and production. We incorporate this proven technology into our systems and use this design knowledge to ensure you get the best possible product, on time, every time.
