Paul Cane
Managing Director
Since the 1990s' Paul has been an owner and manager of precast concrete businesses. Paul acquired the Stresscrete business in Auckland and Wellington. Paul continues to own and manage Stresscrete today as well as other precast and property businesses in Auckland.

Greg Johnston
Manager
Greg joined Formstress in 2004 as part of our production team, bringing a wealth of knowledge from other precast yards. He has been overseeing Formstress as Manager since 2008.
Len van Vuuren
Operations Manager
Len has been involved in the construction industry since 2008. Over the last 25 years he has held foreman and management positions in various companies. He has been with Formstress since 2018.
Colleen Warren
Commercial Manager
Colleen has been a member of our Senior Team since joining Formstress in 2014 as group accountant. Colleen has been a member of CA ANZ for 25+ years and moved into the Commercial Managers role in 2015. Colleen is responsible for all commercial and financial requirements for the group.
Scott Mulholland
Technical Manager
Scott has worked in the Precast industry in Australia, UK and NZ since 2006 in a variety of roles including Engineer, Estimator and Operations Manager. Scott currently manages our team of in house Draftsmen and Engineers, along with our 2 concrete batch plants.
Thamer Lasso
Estimating Manager / Engineer
Thamer has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years, with a PhD in Engineering Thamer oversees our team of Estimators, and lends a hand with design whenever he gets a chance.
Luis Daza
Engineer
Luis joined us from Peru back in 2006 as an Engineer. His love for prestressed concrete shows in his ability to solve some of the more complex designs we see. Luis can speak, English, Spanish, French and Georgian.
Young sig Jeikal
Draughting Team Leader
Young began with Formstress in our Wellington operation back in 2008. He now heads up our Auckland Drafting team based in Waiuku.
Lena Wilkins
Project Coordinator
Lena has been with us now for 14 years. Although she has had a few roles with the company Lena enjoys the challenging Production Planning and Customer Services role.
Larry Berridge
Project Coordinator
Larry has been with us now for 6 years, originally starting in the Estimating team Larry has also held positions in production planning, despatch and now as one of our Project Coordinators.
